My career with Kelly Felder began in 2005, In 2010 I was given the opportunity to relocate HR function. That was a yet challenging time for me. I was responsible for putting into place an overall HR structure and team to support the business regionally. For me, working at Kelly Felder has many plus points, the biggest being the global opportunities.

My career with Kelly Felder began in 2008, That was a yet challenging time for me. Throughout my time with the company, I’ve been given support on the job as well as being offered the chance to attend developmental training courses .I enjoy the friendship and support I’ve received ever since moving here and find the work/life balance a real attraction. The people are friendly and welcoming and for me.When I joined Kelly Felder I was looking for opportunities in Marketing and management. Kelly Felder made those dreams into realities. It has added to my experience in managing the much larger team that reports to me functionally. And it’s made me aware of what my business team does for the overall Kelly Felder corporate picture. All of these are challenging, and exciting.

Almost 5 years now and Kelly Felder continues to create opportunities for me. I chose to join Kelly Felder I wanted to work for an internationally renowned company which could provide me good opportunity. Also, I knew that I wanted to be part of a company that interacted with different clients. So I could build my experience in different areas. I spent my initial 12 months on the Total contract basis. As Fashion Designer, I was responsible for the design new Clothes. My times working in Kelly Felder have also been valuable learning experiences.
they offered an exciting working environment, where as a graduate I would get
involved in some of the most advanced fashion designing projects in worldwide.

I have been exposed to different areas of the projects and I have enjoyed the various opportunities available and sharing in the experience and expertise from the staff has been very beneficial to me in learning the job. I have also enjoyed meeting and working with people from different disciplines. Career with Kelly Felder specially look forward to working on new projects, expanding and developing my experience as a Fashion Designer in the future. I also hope to experience working in different aspects of the company.
