Performance- related pay
Kelly Felder offers employees a reward scheme such as performance-related pay, where employees are rewarded based on their performance, either as an individual or as a team. Employees tend to get motivated due to this reward scheme and develop their performance level and achieve their ultimate goals and objectives. Piecework scheme is one of the oldest forms of performance pay that Kellyfelder has established to their employees. Piecework scheme is a price paid for each unit of output. This scheme is mainly used for paying creative and innovative employees. The main benefit of this payment scheme is to increase employee fairness, the higher the output the more the employees receive.

Individual performance-related pay schemes
This type of payment scheme is where the employees receive either a bonus or an increase in their basic pay on meeting pervious agreed objectives.

Commissions
The most common payment scheme Kellyfelder gives for their employees is commissions. This is mainly for the sales staff. The staff may receive a low basic payment, but thereafter receive a commission based on percentage of the amount of sales they make at the end of the year. This motivates their employees to achieve higher sales.
